🎓 How to Apply to Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University (2025)
Are you an international applicant planning to study at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University in 2025? Follow these steps to complete your application.
Step 1: Prepare Your Documents
Before applying, make sure you have the following documents ready:
- Educational Diploma and Transcript
A document confirming your previous level of education (with a supplement if applicable). - Academic Transcript
If you are transferring or resuming studies from the 2nd year, provide a transcript from your previous institution (foreign or Ukrainian). - Passport
A valid passport or a document proving stateless person status. - Photo
A recent, color digital photo of your face.
⚠️ Important:
Documents issued outside Ukraine must be officially certified in your home country. This can be done through:
- Consular legalization, or
- Apostille (if your country is part of the Hague Convention).
Documents issued in Ukraine do not require additional legalization.
Step 2: Register in the Online System
To apply, you must create a personal account in the Unified Interdepartmental Information System of Ukraine for Foreigners and Stateless Persons: https://apply.studyinukraine.gov.ua
How to register:
- Click the “Register” button on the homepage.
- Enter your email address and click “Submit.”
- Check your email inbox for a message with a verification link. Click the link to confirm your email.
- Click “I understood” when prompted, which will return you to the main page.
- You’ll be redirected to the password creation page. Enter your password twice and click “Submit.”
Congratulations! You now have your personal account in the system.
Step 3: Upload Your Documents
After logging in:
- Go to the “My Applications” section.
- Click “+ New Application.”
- Fill in your personal details: name, date of birth, nationality, gender, and phone number.
- Choose Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University and your desired educational program.
- Select your study level (e.g., Bachelor's, Master's, etc.).
- Choose the language of instruction.
- Upload the required scanned documents.
- Click “Next.”
Step 4: Pay the Registration Fee
- The application fee is UAH 3100 (~USD 74).
- Click “Pay” to proceed to the secure payment page.
- After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation and see your application status.
Step 5: Wait for University Approval
- The university will review your application.
- Log in to your account to check the status.
- Once a decision is made, you’ll see it in the “My Applications” section.
Step 6: Accept the Study Offer
• If your application is approved, download the study offer document.
• Click “Accept” to confirm or “Reject” if you wish to decline (you can state a reason).
Step 7: Submit Additional Information for the Invitation Letter
To receive your official invitation, you must:
- Upload your photo (minimum 600×800 pixels, max 1 MB).
- Select your country of residence.
- If it differs from your citizenship, provide the number of the document confirming your legal residence there.
- Click “Save.” Your application status will update to “Wait for invitation.”
Step 8: Receive Your Official Invitation
Once issued, your invitation letter will be available in your account. You can download it by clicking on the document marked INVITATION.
