1) 2026 Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund (AEIF) is an opportunity for teams of alumni of U.S. government-funded exchange programs to carry out projects that support U.S. policy objectives and promote shared interests. The program is administered by The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs’ (ECA) Office of Alumni Affairs.

Pending availability of funds, AEIF will consider proposals between $5,000 and $25,000.

2) US Ukraine Reconstruction Scholarship Program 2026 offering a select number of Ukrainian youth age 18-21  the opportunity to earn a U.S. bachelor’s degree in engineering, cyber operations, supply chain management, or a related field that will enable them to contribute to Ukraine’s reconstruction. Scholarship program participants will complete their degree while living and training on The Citadel campus for four years, where a structured military style learning environment integrates academics, leadership training, and character development.
